About Us
Northern Commercial Services are Licensed Mercantile Agents (Process Servers and Commercial Agents) that Service the Far North of NSW. We use our experience and continual training to ensure that our services are conducted promptly within the specifications of our clients as well as within the legal requirements.
Our services are conducted on behalf of individuals and larger organisations including Legal Organisations and Financial Institutions.
We provide an Affidavit of Service for the required jurisdiction on completion of service of the documents. We can also provide a report on completion of field calls if required.
Northern Commercial Services holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
Services Provided
Undertaking the following services requires empathy when interacting with people, this needs to be done professionally and legally by a Licensed Process Server/ Licensed Commercial Agent.
Process Serving
Process serving is the personal delivery of court documents on either individual persons or entities. These documents may be issued or filed from various courts and various jurisdictions. These documents can consist of Family Court documents.
Field Calls
Require an Agent to confirm residency of a debtor or to discuss on a face to face basis an outstanding debt.
Evictions
We act on behalf of the credit provider at the time that the Writ of possession is executed. Providing a full report of the condition of the property and arranging for a locksmith to be in attendance to secure the property.
Lock Outs
Take possession of a property on behalf of a credit provider/ owner of a property when the property has been abandoned by the occupant.
Repossessions
Conducted within the legal requirements and our clients/the creditors requirements to retake possession of property when a person has defaulted on a loan.
